This was my first time using this company. I had chosen a cheaper carrier at first but they had no customer service and did not care to keep my business. Then I found Amerifreight. Amerifreight has great customer service and good communication through the process. My vehicle arrived as it had left (except for road dust). They had to offer the carrier more money for the job and reduced their deposit to pay them instead of charging me more. I would use them again and would recommend to family and friends.
