I’ve worked with Danielle four times now to ship our cars across the country to/from east coast and Southwest since Summer of 2019. She is an excellent customer service supervisor. Every time, the process has been as smooth as possible; she is very smart about problem solving last minute issues that come up and I really appreciate how concise, accurate, and honest she is in her communication style. She gives great advice on current market trends when deciding to take a carrier deal or not. Two of our transports were this summer, June/July 2022, with extreme gas and transport prices and using her advice we were able to transport both cars very affordably. My husband and I are very busy and working with her has been a pleasure and efficient.
