Katie Getz was my representative and it was a pleasure working with her. I shipped my car from California to South Carolina and it took only five days. When the carrier wasn't responding to my requests, Katie who was on her lunch at the time, emailed me to say she would look into it and get back to me. Shortly after, she provided an ETA and the driver called me directly with the same information. If I had any concerns it would be the miscommunication regarding payment. I was quoted, ... "the remaining balance of $?,???.00 is payable in CASH upon delivery to the driver...". The driver did not want to accept CASH and wanted another form of payment which I provided. All in all, it was a worry-free experience and I would recommend them
