My agent at AmeriFreight, Rosalind, was very responsive. She also called me within minutes when a bid to ship my car finally came in. The company loses one star because their shipping cost calculator seriously underestimated what carriers would be willing to ship our car for. I understand that diesel prices are through the roof, it was not a popular route, and that truck drivers in general are in short supply... but those factors should be included in the estimated cost already.
