Lecia, our service rep, is a Rock Star. My son had a last minute military move and we needed immediate transport service. I talked to several other companies and no one could help us. Then I called Lecia and she worked so hard and make it all happen seamlessly. She staying in constant communication with us every step of the way and I honestly feel as if I've made a new friend !
