This is how they treat repeat-customers?!?!

I contracted Amerifreight to ship a vehicle from CA to VA in early June and had a great experience. I paid for the "first class" option so that I could pick my ship date, and everything went as well as it could have gone so I left a 5-star review. Two weeks later I contracted with them again to move my other vehicle from CA to VA and it was the exact opposite experience. I chose the "economy saver" option and I actually paid Amerifreight MORE for the vehicle to be shipped at the least expensive option, but for much worse service! I got the run arounds from the shipping company for three days and wasted over 48 hours waiting at locations they kept standing me up at, and when I tried to ask for help, Cindy would not answer or respond to my call or texts. I guess loyalty doesn't matter to this company. I will never do business with Amerifreight again.

We apologize for the frustrations this customer experienced with their shipment. We dispatched his vehicle to a carrier whom we have worked with for years that has always had an excellent track record with our customers. The cost of each vehicle shipment can vary for a number of reasons including the time of year an automobile is transported. Vehicles transported in the days leading up to holidays, as this shipment was, can be especially tricky to find a low rate, as many carrier companies will shut down for holidays. We do, however, maintain that we were able to find the best possible price for this customer, and we hope that they will give us another chance to provide them with a positive auto transport experience, should they need assistance in the future.
