I was assisted by Brandy DeJesus and she did a wonderful job coordinating pickup and constantly communicating and checking to ensure a smooth deliver. We did experience some issues with the hauling company contracted by AmeriFreight, but the issues were driver and dispatch related, not AmeriFreight. During the first set of communication issues, Brandy was corresponding with me after hours in an attempt to get the driver to confirm a few items.
