Between choosing AmeriFreight and competitors, I picked them based on reading other reviews - they didnt disappoint. Although I was shocked by 1.5x increase of quote/estimate and final offer - dont know whether to blame gas prices or summer time. Baylee, the rep assisting our move, was fully aware of the process and guided us through every step (quote, insurance, offer, callback with offers and negotiating offers) and even followed up after pickup and delivery to assess our experience and request any suggestions or improvements. I would highly recommend to engage her if you can when requesting a quote. Our driver was great too, ontime for both pickup and dropoff, and very good with taking notes/photos for BOL and they provided online BOL with driver/trailer tracking. Overall, I am impressed with their service and would recommend them highly for a smooth move. Dont be surprised by the price hike.
