She was very professional with every interaction we had over the phone. We went through all the processes of the online aplication, documents needing to be signed, and what I needed to do before the driver arived. She either answered the phone right away or called me back within 5 minutes. Kept me informed on her end and always let me know what was going on with the towing company and or the driver. She was heartfelt and had passion in getting my car shipped as much as I did. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know who needs a vehicle shipped.
