Professional - Jonathan the shipping agent was knowledgeable and responsive,always got back to my questions in a timely manner even on weekends. The dispatch office was also very efficient - Jeromiah was able to locate a carrier for us quickly. The delivery of the car also arrived in the expected time frame without any problem. I was concerned early on when reading some horrible reviews about other shipping companies that the customer's car was not picked up even after 10 to 30 days from the first available pickup date. Jonathan did not make any open promise but I'm glad that my order worked out well. The cost to ship my car was also competitive based on the searches and quotes that I have done online. Everything considered, this was a very good experience and I will use Amerifreight again!
