Overall, my experience was great. The car was picked up within 2 business days, which is terrific. It also arrived when they said it would, which was also great. There was no damage to the car or anything like that. My only qualm is that they quoted a much lower price than what the sale was for, but the sale ended up being the fair market value for the service, so it was by no means a rip off. They did communicate pretty timely via email and phone, too, so there is relaly nothing to complain about. I would use them again.
