Another broker I had contracted with six weeks prior left me high and dry. It was a learning process when I book with them since I did not realize these companies are all brokers. I called and talked to Gina and she was able to find a truck to take my car quickly at the going rate. Everything went smoothly and she was very good at communicating and following through
