Susan was AMAZING - however, my carrier wasn't. I went through Amerifreight when I shipped my car from CA to NY in October of last year and had an AMAZING experience. My carrier was VERY communicative and made the whole process extremely easy. However, this time around I was very stressed. If it weren't for Susan (who was my rep the first time), I don't know what I would have done. My carrier picked up my car a day late, called me 15 min AFTER the scheduled pickup time to let me know he was 2 hours behind. I didn't hear from him until the mid-point and then when he was in LA (as he was delivering my car to SD). He let me know he would drop my car off between 9-11 AM Saturday morning. Saturday morning at 10:30, I call him as I didn't hear from him since and was getting nervous. His phone went straight to voicemail, so myself nor Amerifreight could get ahold of him. Susan was a gem and was able to get the information I needed. When the carrier called me he told me he was in SD but didn't know when he was able to deliver my car. I was very frustrated at this point since I knew where he was and he couldn't give me an exact time of delivery (mind you this was well past the 9-11AM timeframe he gave me). I called Susan back and SHE was able to get an answer out of him. 10 minutes later, I receive a call from the carrier saying he will be on his way to drop my car off. Needless to say, I was very frustrated that I had to ALWAYS call Amerifreight and have Susan talk to the carrier to get a definite answer, not me. I shouldn't have to do that. So, THANK YOU SUSAN!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND REQUESTING HER
