This was my first time transporting a vehicle, I had no idea how the business worked, Kallie was very informative and explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. She was very knowledgeable, had me a quote within minutes and found me a few drivers to choose from about ten minutes later! It was reassuring that they vet their drivers and make sure that their insurance is up to date and have high ratings. She gave me information on the driver and I was able to contact him right away. Customer service was very friendly and courteous and made me feel like they were looking out for my best interests.. Great Job!!!!
