Cosmo made me a little nervous in the beginning as I had asked for my date well out in advance. I didn't hear anything for about a week but but when I touched based with him, he thoroughly explianed that the transport companies don't typically schedule that far out and that he would get back to me as the time drew closer. And he did! We scheduled the transport and Cosmo followed up with me all the way through the experience. Calling to make sure the driver showed up on time, on both the pick up and drop off. The transport company they contracted with was also EXCELLENT!
