This was the second time in 3 months that I needed to send a vehicle from east coast to west. My first experience was with AmeriFreight, Melissa D. guiding the effort. It went so well that this time I didn't hesitate to reach out to her again. The process was exactly the same, though this time I didn't have anxiety of the unknown. It went like clockwork: quick turnaround for price and scheduling pickup, then delivery right in front of my house a week later. All paperwork was easily managed on line. The carrier driver was extremely professional and communicated clearly prior to pickup and at loading. The transport company worked with me to arrange final delivery at a convenient time for me. My car travelled on an open trailer so was dusty but otherwise the same as the day it started the trip. Melissa was diligent in overseeing and confirming that every step was carried out as planned and to my satisfaction. I was lucky to find this company - there are plenty of choices. My recommendation: If you need your vehicle moved, don't hesitate, call AmeriFreight. Ask for Melissa.
