I hired AmeriFreight to find a transportation company to to move a van from Colorado to South Florida. The price was very close to the estimate given. Once the Carrier accepted the request, I thought we were all set until a few hours later. I got a from Amerifreight telling me that the Carrier had canceled because they didn't want to go all the way to the little town where I live. I don't know why the Carrier didn't pay attention to the delivery city but Baylee was great about getting back to them and they agreed to deliver our van to a larger city, upon my request. Im not sure why the Carrier didn't offer deluvery to a different location instead of canceling, but at least at least it worked out, thanks to Baylee staying on top of the situation. The van was in great shape and I'm very happy with the service. I will certainly use AmeriFreight again if I need to transport another vehicle.
