Amerifreight staff was great- courteous, knowledgable, and concerned that the company perform to high standards. The staff could have communicated better about my car in transit because, for awhile, I had no idea where it was or when it was coming in. But the real problem was with the carrier. True, Amerifrieght has little control over what the carrier does, but it is still part of the whole package. My carrier was HOURS late on pick-up and delivery, leaving my 80 year old Mom stranded in a parking lot for 4 hours after he told her he would be "right there." I waited an entire day for the delivery as the carrier, who had called and said he's deliver in an hour and a half, never showed or contacted me. My car did show up the next day in great condition. But I could have done without that extra stress. Still I would recommend Amerifreight. They do the best they can in a difficult business and they care. They are also very competitively priced.
