My experience with Amerifreight and the transport company they sourced was excellent. Melissa Dossett handled my request quickly and professionally. I purchased a new vehicle in New Jersey and needed it shipped to Washington state. I had originally planned to use another broker but they did not get me options for several days. After working with Melissa, I got a reasonable quote that I accepted within 3 days and my car was picked up 2 days later. The transporter (Midatlantic Auto Transport) they matched for me provided excellent communication and delivered the car right on time. He was unloading the car as we pulled up. With an open carrier, the car was dirty but arrived with zero damage. It didn’t even have any extra miles on it as it was the last car picked up and first car delivered! Melissa was responsive to make sure details were right and followed up to check in on delivery. Auto transport creates anxiety for me every time I’ve done it (this is car #3) Melissa and Amerifreight did a very good job!
