We moved from Buffalo, NY to Sacramento, CA in December! When I called the first time I was speaking with someone who never returned my second call. Odd. She was friendly and knowledgeable but I was worried about having a communication issue. Luckily, Maleah called me and proved she was trust worthy in communication -explaining the process. We had a timeframe and because of the weather we wanted to make sure our vehicles would make it on time and in one piece! She put us in touch with Mike. He was amazing. A little on the pricey side but well worth it. The ease and peace of mind Maleah gave us was appreciated. We would definitely call Amerfreight again and recommend to others in need of this type of transport. He picked up the cars on time and delivered on time. I didn’t think he would be able to keep his promise after he called to say the weather was really bad and the roads were closed. We had enough time between when he promised and actually needing the cars. But, much to our surprise - he called the night before and said he was on time. He not only brought them when he said he would- the cars were freshly washed! Like I said- I would recommend them to anyone.
