My first experience with AmeriFreight was in August 2019 when I had to have my daughter's car transported from Kennesaw, Ga to Tucson, Az. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. This was my first experience with having a vehicle transported and I really wasn't sure what to expect. So, when I spoke to Mr. Harry Davis, all of my fears and concerns were put at ease because this man is extremely professional, he knows his trade, and he knows how to treat people when doing business via phone conversation. He walked me through each and every step of the process, answers questions and concerns that I had, and explained all of the paperwork in detail. He has this voice like a radio talk show host, and he knows how to make you feel at ease.
My second car transport experience was January 2022 and I needed to transport my daughter's car back home. When I called, I would only speak with Harry Davis because I knew that it would be a smooth experience. When he finally got a carrier for my car, he used each and every mode of communication to reach me to make sure that I didn't miss the slot. Unfortunately, when everything was completed, the carrier had requested a different amount from what was mentioned in the first contract. So, Harry canceled that carrier because that's not the way that AmeriFreight does business. He called me, and explained everything, and he also contacted my daughter and explained it to her as well at my request. So, Harry got our request back on the board so that we could get another carrier. It was only a few days later, and I got a call that there was a carrier available, and I only contacted Harry Davis, and he took care of everything that same morning shortly after he got into the office.
My car was delivered a day earlier than expected and the carrier and his assistant were so kind and helpful and when I called, they did inform me that he would be arriving a day earlier. I am so grateful for AmeriFreight and Harry Davis and all of his staff members, they are an awesome team of people who made an unfamiliar experience run smoothly. If you are in need of a carrier that is professional, timely, kind, caring and will answer all of your questions and concerns, then, you should contact Harry Davis at AmeriFreight and I am sure that you will not be disappointed.
I was just on the internet looking one day, and I saw AmeriFreight, read their reviews and made the call and I heard the voice of Harry Davis.
