Shipping your car cross-country from Florida to California is a nerve-wracking experience and can be difficult to find the right carrier for you. Brandon Hodges was patient and attentive to our needs in shipping our vehicle. We needed the car to arrive after a certain date so that we could have someone present to receive the vehicle and make sure everything was performed to our satisfaction. Brandon was able to broker a deal with a carrier, contingent on our car arriving after a specific date. The carrier himself was very difficult to work with and unexpectedly arrived early and attempted to bully us into sending electronic payment and he wanted to leave the key in the car unattended for a couple days. The carrier told us that there was nothing we could do and we'd just have to live with it. We contacted Brandon immediately and he quickly resolved everything with the carrier and told us that we would receive our car after the date we had set per our agreement. Everything checked out with the car when we received it and we were relieved to drive our car to our new home. Overall, I'm satisfied with shipping through AmeriFreight, mostly because Brandon Hodges was able to step in and set the carrier straight. It was good to feel like he had our backs. Thanks, Brandon!
