As always, Danielle Roth came thru for me in a pinch. She has been helping us get my daughters car transported back & forth from Columbia, South Carolina to Texas every summer since my daughter was a Sophomore at USC. In December my daughter graduated. Since we were moving all her belongings home we opted to drive her car back to Texas. Due to unforeseen circumstances that became impossible at the last minute. I called Danielle the next day knowing I had barely a week to get a transport booked during the 2 ½ days we were in South Carolina meeting the movers. Within 3 days she had an offer for me which we took. Unfortunately the next day the transport company emailed me that they had to cancel due to timing - so I was completely stressed. Danielle was out ill that day but Earl Hines w/AmeriFreight reassured me he was on it & that Danielle’s team would make it a priority. He even gave me his direct # so I could reach him if I needed. He followed up the next day to let me know he was still on it and would let me know as soon as he heard anything.The next day Danielle called me (sick from her home) with a new offer and we accepted. The transport company reached out that same day to confirm dates and times and gave me the drivers name & # so I could reach him directly if I needed. The driver kept us updated on his timing thru text which allowed us to continue packing and concentrating on finalizing everything with her apartment. The driver picked up her car at 8pm on Thursday and we flew home at 7am the next morning. Our car arrived 3 days later in Texas on time & in perfect condition. I can’t begin to thank Danielle Roth, her team and AmeriFreight for 3 years of EXCELLENT service! They are a Wonderful company! If there were ever any issues or problems that came up they always made it right. We highly recommend them!
