I had no experience in shipping and automobile and I reached out to the company and Gricell Turned out to be my customer service advocate. She got me a fair deal upfront, but when the driver came down sick and had to cancel the shipment. She hustled and got me going with another mover within a day. The pick up and drop off all went seamlessly. Thanks to everyone
