I have mixed feelings about Amerifreight: 1) The original low estimate ($1090) and then the 2 actual offers of $1800 and $1900 made me lose faith in the company. 2) Reggie was my initial and very personable contact, but then I couldn't find him for many days 3) When I tried to call Amerifreight it often took me more than 2 hours on call-waiting to talk to a real person!! 4) 4 days after our original contact, I finally re-connected with Reggie. 5) He found me a transport offer of $1500+ (waaay above the original estimate, but much less than what the other agents were offering me), and the driver was good. Some Amerifreight personnel have poor attitudes, the phone service sucks and the way they give a low, ultimately fraudulent first estimate adds up to a bait-and-switch experience. I like Reggie and appreciate his personal assistance. I don't think much of Amerifreight and will not recommend it to anyone.
