Disappointing and antiquated process

Cosmo calls after I submit an inquiry. Puts my car up on the load board at the quoted rate then calls several days later that he needs to improve the “offer” to the drivers. Classic bait and switch technique but seems like this is rampant in this industry. I agree to up the price and voila! A drive accepts. Quote low then retrade…. Then the actual confirmation process with this company is from 1980, they have to call you and say a bunch of lines on a recorded line. Is this for $5M and some kind of wire? No, it’s for $350. They blew my phone up during several meetings because I couldn’t just do everything online, extremely frustrating and they need to completely overhaul their process. You can buy a house faster/easier than booking a car shipment with this company. Lastly, as soon as the money goes in, the customer service stops immediately. Sent the money in, then 10 min later needed to update the address to 1 mile from where we originally planned pick up. Cosmo was quick to say I needed to address it with the driver directly and his hands were out of it…10 min max after receiving the money. Needless to say this whole industry is shady and doesn’t provide great customer experiences but this place really misses the mark.
