Many auto transport carrier companies think they are good at customer service. Compared to Cindi Irvin, I would compare it to the experience of an exquisite filet mignon vs. eating ashes. You could also compare it to listening to Mozart vs. listening to your nine year old child learning how to play violin for the first time. Cindi is top of the line when it comes to customer service. Not only was it simple to get ahold of her, but during the process it was also very easy. She answered all my questions and didn't give me fluff. It was all straight forward, and after the delivery she followed up with me! Many people will say they will do that, but then decide to drink coffee and do crossword puzzles instead of answer your call. Cindi would not do such a thing. Drink coffee, perhaps, but not a crossword to avoid your call.
