Needed to ship my car from Ohio to Arizona and had expected it to take at least a week before it could be picked up. I was contacted by AmeriFrieght in less than 24 hours of placing my order and told the car would be picked up the next day. It arrived just 5 days (picked up on a Friday and delivered on a Tuesday) in Arizona. I was thrilled. The customer service level was excellent, communication was clear and timely, and I was also quite pleased that they offered a $50 military discount.
