The process was fairly easy. Cosmo was extremely transparent and was always available and responsive in a timely manner. He spelled out every step of the process which was helpful. I was a little upset the day leading up to the day of picking up my car because the driver had my address wrong, but Cosmo was there to help out and clear up all and any issues. Overall, I had a good first experience shipping my car and would recommend this service to anyone who needs it.
