Early mistake but they came through in the end

I had 2 vehicles shipped priority from California to Virginia. Staff was prompt and friendly when getting me quotes and taking my payments after I committed to them. This promptness ended after I paid $520 and they emailed me a final shipping form that I needed to sign in order for them to assigned my vehicle to a shipper. I signed and returned that form on Monday and heard nothing for 2 days. Concerned on Wednesday, I sent multiple emails to 2 contacts and called and left voicemails. Thursday I got a call saying that one person thought someone else had the form and the other person thought someone else had the form, but now they're working on it. I'm quite positive that if I didn't follow up, that no action would've been taken on my order and my pick up window the following Monday would've been missed.

Friday, I got a call from Amy who was apologetic and informed me she would be taking over. Amy was very prompt and professional and after she took over everything went smoothly. Kudos to Amy. Also, the shipping company they contracted (Global Business Management Corporation) was excellent and fast, and I will give them an excellent review following this. The car was picked up on time and delivered earlier than expected and in great condition.
