It was hard to find a Carrier that wanted to pick up my old Fairlane from off the beaten track in Rural NM,
But Chris at Amerifreight did his best to find a truck willing to do it at a reasonable rate.
Once the carrier was found and booked the whole process took 3 days, 1 & 1/2 days for the truck to arrive at the pick-up point and 1 & 1/2 days to transport the car the approximate 1,200 miles and deliver to my driveway in Sacramento CA.
Chris and all the others I spoke to at Amerifreight, plus the Drivers & Dispatch of the Carrier Co. were friendly and professional.
When I woke up on the morning of the scheduled delivery, the truck was already parked in front of my house, I almost felt bad that the Drivers had been sitting out there waiting for over an hour, but they said it was nice to catch up on little sleep.
