My car was delivered from Colorado to SC. All in all- it was a good experience and I would go through Amerifreight again if I needed to. If there was any piece of it where I felt like I didnt get the full picture- it was the actual company that bid for my job. I needed to accept prior to knowing who the company was-which the rep assured me was industry standard...I was concerned I would be signing up with a company that may not be up to par with what I wanted in a transportation company. I was comforted when I was told that Amerifreight requires specific accreditations and ratings with their carriers to be partners. I agreed to confirm on the bid I was presented. When I received the name of the company that would be performing the trip- I did some research on my end and there was very little information on BBB, carrier review sites, google searches showing me that it was a valid company. Which felt slightly misleading...So I was very reluctant until my car actually arrived. Everything worked out great, I was happy, driver stayed in communication... but I was slightly nervous throughout the process.
