Susan Jobin was a delight to work with. She was efficient, kept me informed along the way and was very helpful in changing carrier when we discovered that one of the vehicles was non operational. The carrier came as he had indicated, pulled the car out of my garage, put it on the truck to carry it with my other vehicle to Texas. He informed my son an hour before arrival to give him time to meet the carrier at the indicated drop off location. All went smoothly because Susan was able to coordinate and guide us through the process. thank you elizabeth
