Communication by AmeriFreight customer service agent was professional and courteous. She provided clear instructions about the process and answered all my questions. I give this company 4stars because the online quoted price was $500 below actual, which is a huge difference. Obviously their online quotes are just to grab your attention. Also they took a while to give me the final price for the service, which didn’t give me enough time to search elsewhere for a different quote. Overall good experience with agent and truck company.
