First and foremost, my representative Reginald was absolutely wonderful and I wish I could rate him a clean 5/5 stars. My issue was with company policy. Not being able to be given any info on who was bidding put me at a heavy disadvantage and make the whole process akin to a dice roll, which was inconvenient and frustrating as I ended up trying three times with carriers, but Reginald was there through the ups and downs, was always going above and beyond. If you're going to use AmeriFreight, always ask for Reginald!
