I worked with Danielle Roth,but was also assisted by other agents so that I wouldn't miss out on offers. Danielle was responsive and helpful. I had never shipped a car before and she was able to explain the process. I am not really a fan of the bid/offers system as it just makes me anxious that I'll miss out on a better deal,but overall it wasn't terrible.
