From the beginning, with Shaunte finding us a carrier for a last-minute shipment, her handling all e-paperwork immediately, then explaining billing options, right to her final checkup on us, she was professional and very courteous. Shaunte's fast work enabled our prompt shipping of our auto. I will add we were very happy with the carrier they located for us, USA Auto Transportation LLC. Andrey was very helpful, on time on both pick-up and the long-distance delivery. He hustled! The car was delivered as it had been shipped, no damage. Satisfied customers all the way around.
