I contacted AmeriFreight on Tuesday and they found a carrier the same day who offered to pick up my car the next day!! I received my vehicle Friday. Wow - the agent (Gricell Rosario) I worked with at AmeriFreight stayed with me all the way through the paperwork. If I had a "silly" question she was there to explain the question and walk me through the forms. This was my first experience transporting a vehicle across country so was nervous about the process. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received from Gricell at AmeriFreight. The driver of the car carrier was very courteous and professional. My car arrived safely with no scratches, cracked windshields, and very little additional road dirt. All in all, I was extremely impressed and highly recommend using AmeriFreight if anyone needs to transport a vehicle. Thank you Gricell Rosario and thank you AmeriFreight.
