Highly recommend! Cindy I. was my contact person and was very helpful. If Cindy wasn't available or wasn't immediately responding, Customer Service was just as helpful and quick with responses so I didn't see an issue. They are clear about who the car was dispatched to so you are aware what service company you need to contact. There was a moment between confirming my order and getting a dispatcher (2.5~ weeks) that there was silence from AmeriFreight. Granted, depending on what plan you choose with AmeriFreight, they won't contact you until that date range. I had chosen the Priority which is 3-7 days within availability date. I would have just appreciated small check-ins like, "We have your order on file and will be contacting you about dispatch by X date." No big issue on my part, just a suggestion. No tracking # for your car. You will have to call dispatch directly. Other than that, AmeriFreight did their jobs as explained. They are also very clear (e-mails, phone explanations) about what the customer needs to do when the carrier arrives for pick up and delivery. Would recommend to anyone looking to ship a car. Cindy was a huge help and amazing response time!
