My customer service rep, Cosmo Emeott, was awesome. This was my first time shipping a car so I had a bunch of questions which he had all the answers to. For the few that he didn’t, he would research it and get back to me in a timely manner. The driver, Tomasz, they found for me was also great and had excellent customer service. He had my car delivered a day early which helped relax my nerves a little bit throughout the whole move. Overall I appreciated the patience and honesty from both the broker and the driver. The other brokers I spoke were not 100% honest or patient. I would ship with this company again.
