I had the pleasure of working with Brandy and she made the entire process comfortable. I was going back and forth with my shipping date and although our schedules didn't align, she made sure there was someone there to assist me and update her. Starting this process was something new to me and initially I felt uneasy. Through the solid communication provided by Brandy and her fellow teammates, I was able to feel secure and trust that my car would be in good hands.
Ultimately, I chose to not go through with shipping for personal reasons. If I ever decide to ship another vehicle, I will definitely choose AmeriFreight again!!
