Gricel was awesome. I was reticent to hire an auto transport because I am elderly and have never done it before. She made the whole procedure as easy as could be. She worked with me filling out the paperwork and she returned all my calls immediately. She held my hand through the whole process. The transport process was seamless as well and my car was handled with care by the transporter.
