Horrible Communication & Service

My car was advertised as Priority when the form I signed (and received confirmation of) was Economy rate. I received a call for pickup the next day, when my car was not noted to be ready on the form until 2 days from that point. I told them and they claimed they fixed it. I didn't hear anything for a few days so I asked for an update - did not receive one. Then received an email 1 day after my first ready-date that a carrier has been located, I called, no answer. Turns out my agent is out that day - why did the email state to call her then? They never answered my emails or calls to my agent or the main line. When they texted me with the offer, my car was still advertised at the priority rate AND it was only 5 hours notice!!! I was told at booking I would get 12-24 hour notice. Overall it was a horrible experience and I wound up cancelling and going with another company.
