I recently shipped a vehicle from Tucson to Tacoma using AmeriFreight. The AmeriFreight customer service agent I worked with, Virginia Raynes, was outstanding. She explained the process very clearly and answered every question I came up with. Even more important, everything she said turned out to be spot on - no false promises or hype at all. She followed up personally be phone and by email after the car was loaded and again after it was delivered, and made it very clear that I could call her with questions or problems at any time. Virginia is a role model for any customer service employee: friendly, knowledgeable, accurate and a good public face for the company. Thank you for a good experience!
