Pay the upgrade to start with, as those teaser rates never get picked up in a timely manner.
I paid $200 deposit and $800 cash on delivery and now waiting for the rebates of $50, plus $30 plus $20 disc for order over the internet. The economy rate of $770 never happened.

Had conversations and good paperwork and looked professional on the paperwork and followup.
