I contracted with Amerifreight for my car shipping because they had good reviews and good pricing. Overall I am satisfied with my experience with Amerifreight. My car was picked up on time and delivered on time with no issues and no damage. My Amerifreight Rep Brandy DeJesus were easy to reach and easy to deal with. Brandy responded to my emails and was helpful. The carrier/driver was also responsive and easy to reach via text/cell phone. It was kind of last minute on scheduling and pricing, but from talking to people I think that is an industrywide issue. I paid more than I hoped for and didn't have any luck trying to negotiate a lower price, but in the end I had some piece of mind that Amerifreight had a good reputation and Brandy told me the carrier had a good reputation and excellent customer reviews and both turned out to be true. This was the first time I shipped a car. A bunch of companies reached out to me via email and phone. I read a lot of online reviews and there are a lot of horror stories about bad customer service, people getting screwed on pricing at the last minute and carriers not picking up or delivering the car on time. The way the industry/process is set up there is a lot of uncertainty around pricing and scheduling and therefore it was stressful. In the end, Amerifreight provided good service at a fair price. I would recommend them to others.
