This was my first experience shipping a car, and I was going a long way, from the east coast to Colorado so I was a little nervous! Baylee and the team at Amerifreight were wonderful and super helpful filling me in on everything and answering any questions I had. When calling I did find the wait times long, but emails were super quick and efficient! Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice, helpful, and I could definitely tell they had my best interest in mind and made sure everything was taken care of for me. The offer calls came in the day/night before my provided dates, and there were plenty to choose from as I had to delay a bit. This may be because I was moving at a popular time (end of summer) and there were plenty of cars heading where mine was, but still it was a little nerve wracking at first, but once I realized that I would basically be sure of an offer and call the day before and understood the process better it all made sense! I will definitely use Amerifreight again when I decide to head back home, it sure beat driving! And I was able to put some stuff in my car, as long as it was under 100lbs which was no problem but super helpful for moving awkward items!
