Good, but too much red tape

1502048210-RV Decently-based transport company, but only if you are willing to spend some time going through hoops and bounds. They seem to make it a lot more complicated than it should have been, felt like a regular 3PL carrier would take less rigamaroo.Plus they are only a broker, so do not expect a flat secured rate in the beginning - it is your base and will more than likely double if the lane is hot. Will need the person paying on a recorded call, hard to schedule if you are doing it as a company personnel for a superior, payment can only be in the name of the person who owns the car, etc.I can schedule a 53' freight truck easier than this.I do have to give them their due though: they do live up to their promise of a great shipment.Pickup, transport, and delivery were the easiest parts and the SUV delivered without any damage nor were any personal belongings in the vehicle taken. Pickup was also on a multi-car carrier trailer (at least in our case), so just FYI if anyone is scared with having up to 8 other cars being transported on an open load truck..Enclosed transport is also an available option.
