Received the vehicle and it is beautiful. During the ordering process I was confused on how it worked, I asked for a price, and they gave me 750 dollars as a price. After talking to several carriers that was the best asking offer for a vehicle. I went ahead with the order. Now during this time, since I am new to this process, I was unaware that was the "economy" rate. I also was under the impression that after 7 business days that the company added $50.00 of their own money everyday until someone picked it up. I was also told after the fact, that I could up my order by $250.00 to get the gauranteed pickup within 2 days. This was what I was confused about and could have had explained to me better. Also during the pickup of the vehicle in Oregon, I was told by Amerifreight that the guy picking up the vehicle didn't have the VIN number, but I gave the VIN to Amerifreight from the get go on the order form I filled out initially and faxed to them. On the phone message I received they said I needed that because " he had already waited a day" As I was under the impression based off of a conversation that they had a driver in the area, and he was going to pick it up that day..No one called me and said he was at the dealership, no one said he had to "wait" a day for anything. I think that was made up because I was never contacted. I also provided Amerifreight the number of the girl, Shana at the pickup location to contact with any issues or problems, but yet I got frantic messages from everyone not knowing what was going on. Now since they had a "Driver" in the area that day, I was told that he was asking for 700 to pick it up, and they would then lower their fee from 200 to 150 due to the lengthy wait, which was fair. Now the driver told me that he would be there by Friday morning, or Saturday, but low and behold we got it Wednesday the next week....

All in all, they did a fair job, I would use them again, but would ask more questions and would suggest they explain everything upfront, the different price structures, and set some better expectations. I would also have them keep accurate, easy to access order information at their fingertips so they can provide vin #'s, telephone #'s etc, when the time comes. I got several frantic messages on my voicemail, when Amerifreight had all that information.

The girls were very nice and sweet up to the point of almost blaming me for him having to wait a day, I didn't understand that at all. All in all for my first experience doing something like this, it went well. I learned alot, and know what to ask in the future.
