This is my first time shipping cars across country. My rep from AmeriFreight was easy to talk to and very helpful. I really like the fact that AmeriFreight did not keep sending me emails/text messages daily or even multiple times a day like some of the other broker companies I have contacted. They only contacted me when they needed to and their contract was fair and clearly explained by the rep. It took a while to get my car shipped, and I was getting nervous as it got closer to the date I was moving. I also had to pay much higher than what was initially quoted to me, but that might be just the industry at the moment. When it was so close to my move date, I had no choice but to pay the higher cost. In the end, they did get me a very good driver who picked up both cars and delivered them two days earlier for me. Overall, it was a good experience.
